Your privacy at NestLedgerPlus
This policy explains what information NestLedgerPlus collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is maintained by the NestLedgerPlus team.
Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide when you sign up (such as your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your basic Google profile), and the financial information you enter into the app — budgets, expenses, savings goals, bills, and credit card details. We also process limited technical data such as device and usage information to operate and improve the app.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide NestLedgerPlus's budgeting features, authenticate your account, schedule the reminders you ask for (such as bill and credit card payment alerts), keep the service secure, and respond to your support requests. We do not sell your personal or financial data.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, NestLedgerPlus schedules local notifications on your device for upcoming or overdue payments. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
How your data is protected
Your records are isolated per account using row-level security so you can only access your own data. Traffic between your device and our backend is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS, and our backend runs on a managed cloud platform.
Data sharing
We share data only with the service providers that power NestLedgerPlus (such as our cloud hosting and authentication providers) so they can operate the service on our behalf, and where required by law. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can add, edit, and delete your records at any time from your dashboard, and you can contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us and we will help you exercise these rights.
Children's privacy
NestLedgerPlus is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
