NestLedgerPlus Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of NestLedgerPlus. Please read them carefully — using the app means you agree to them.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using NestLedgerPlus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use NestLedgerPlus.
Acceptable use
You agree to use NestLedgerPlus only for lawful, personal household budgeting purposes. You will not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or reverse engineer the app.
Subscriptions and payments
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase until cancelled. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are billed by Apple and managed in your device's Subscriptions settings. You can cancel at any time and will keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
Your data
You retain ownership of the financial data you enter. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. NestLedgerPlus is a personal budgeting tool and does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.
Service availability
We work hard to keep NestLedgerPlus available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestLedgerPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using NestLedgerPlus and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
